Mold, mildew and fungus are one of the fastest growing concerns in the industry today. Moldy wood used in construction has the potential to cause mold health problems. Moisture intrusion and high humidity levels can turn dormant mold into active mold growth causing indoor air quality and mold health problems.
Many builders today, especially those who have experienced mold removal or mold remediation in previous construction, are ready for answers and have taken a mold prevention approach to building mold free homes and buildings. Mold defect litigation in new construction is here to stay. |
